Lead a team of Concierge professionals across assigned hospital units.
Partner with nursing leadership to ensure smooth communication and seamless support.
Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to your team.
Monitor activity through the app and ensure all patient and nurse requests are completed efficiently.
Manage team schedules, approve time off, and ensure adequate coverage across shifts.
Track performance metrics and uphold service standards.
Maintain a positive, hospitality-driven atmosphere for both patients and staff.
Be present and engaged! This is not a paper pushing gig. Our Supervisors average 15,000+ steps per shift.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
3+ years of experience leading and inspiring a team.
2+ years in hospitality, concierge, or customer service roles.
Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Comfort using scheduling tools and communication platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
