                                    Human Resources Generalist
Position Summary
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across multiple functional areas, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, learning and development, and benefits administration. This role partners closely with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Workforce Planning 
- Partner with department leaders to assess workforce needs and develop staffing plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Analyze workforce data, turnover trends, and internal mobility to inform hiring and succession strategies.
Recruiting 
- Define job requirements, post openings, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
- Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and prepare offer documentation.
- Lead onboarding activities and facilitate new hire orientations, including policy and benefits education.
Benefits & HRIS Support
- Assist employees with benefit inquiries, enrollments, and qualifying events.
- Coordinate benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and invoice reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate workforce reports and analytics.
- Collaborate with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate benefit deductions and adjustments.
Employee Relations 
- Investigate and document employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- Administer leave of absence processes.
Learning & Development
- Partner with managers to assess training needs and support the delivery of development programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience in areas such as recruiting, engagement, workforce planning, training, or benefits.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday) preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
