Job Description
Description: Undertaking a system-wide Paging Elimination Project aimed at transitioning providers from traditional pagers to secure iPhone-based communication tools. This initiative supports a modernized, sustainable infrastructure for clinical communications across departments and provider groups.Responsibilities/skills:
Lead and coordinate all phases of the paging-to-iPhone migration project.
Collaborate with hospital and IT stakeholders to drive adoption and ensure clinical workflows are supported.
Oversee change management initiatives, including communication plans, training, and executive updates.
Manage stakeholder engagement across provider groups, departmental leadership, and executive committees.
Track project timelines, dependencies, and risks; ensure delivery milestones are met.
Partner with infrastructure and hardware teams on device procurement, configuration, and distribution.
Support go-live readiness and coordinate user transition planning.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a clinical or hospital environment (required).
Hands-on experience with change management initiatives involving enterprise or clinical technology adoption.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and conducting high-level project meetings.
Familiarity with mobile technology deployments (iPhones or mobile device management) is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of hospital hardware and provider communication workflows is a plus.
PMP or other certifications not required.
