The Data Operations Coordinator supports business and compliance teams by collecting, organizing, and maintaining data used for reporting and decision-making. This role ensures data accuracy and consistency across systems, with a focus on supporting certification and compliance processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in spreadsheets and ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
Collect, enter, and maintain data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support daily operations within the ERP system, including data entry, updates, and running reports.
Compile and organize data into clear, accurate reports and summaries for leadership.
Use Excel to clean, organize, and format data; assist with charts, pivot tables, and report preparation.
Help map and validate data between systems for compliance and certification purposes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data sharing.
Assist with the improvement of data tracking, reporting, and documentation processes.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in administrative, data entry, or data support roles.
Strong proficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, and pivot tables).
Experience with ERP systems
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
Power BI or similar reporting tool experience a plus, but not required.
