Job Description

The Data Operations Coordinator supports business and compliance teams by collecting, organizing, and maintaining data used for reporting and decision-making. This role ensures data accuracy and consistency across systems, with a focus on supporting certification and compliance processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in spreadsheets and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect, enter, and maintain data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support daily operations within the ERP system, including data entry, updates, and running reports.
  • Compile and organize data into clear, accurate reports and summaries for leadership.
  • Use Excel to clean, organize, and format data; assist with charts, pivot tables, and report preparation.
  • Help map and validate data between systems for compliance and certification purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data sharing.
  • Assist with the improvement of data tracking, reporting, and documentation processes.

Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, data entry, or data support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, and pivot tables).
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Power BI or similar reporting tool experience a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
