Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative with experience in mechanical and industrial piping. This role involves preparing quotations, handling sales orders, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with orders
• Provide order status updates and resolve inquiries
• Prepare quotations, bids, and sales documentation
• Enter sales orders and related data into the system
• Purchase non-stock items and manage backorders
• Coordinate and follow through on sales orders
• Deliver professional customer service to both new and existing customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1–2 years of related sales or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical and industrial piping applications is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated, proactive team player who takes initiative
