Job Title: Branch Manager

Overview
We are seeking a full-time Branch Manager to oversee operations, drive revenue growth, and lead a motivated team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance business development, customer and vendor relations, and employee management to ensure the branch’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Review sales reports and adjust strategies to achieve revenue goals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and affiliates

  • Oversee branch staff, including hiring, performance evaluations, salary decisions, and disciplinary actions

  • Support day-to-day operations such as answering phones, taking orders, quoting materials, and providing order status updates

  • Resolve conflicts between employees or departments within the branch

  • Ensure a positive and professional branch environment

  • Perform other duties as needed to support operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

  • Familiarity with P21 software is a plus

  • Industry experience is helpful but not required for success in this role (pipe, valves, fittings).
