CNC Programmer - 1st Shift

Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate CNC programs for new part launches
• Provide manufacturing support and troubleshooting
• Lead cycle time and tooling cost reduction initiatives
• Develop "Lights Out Manufacturing" capabilities including offline programming and automation
• Optimize cutting paths and settings to improve performance and quality
• Manage cutting tool selection and procurement
• Support legacy program maintenance and revision control
• Train employees on CNC machine operation
• Execute zero-defects quality culture
• Provide root cause analysis and corrective actions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting experience
• 5-axis CNC programming highly preferred
• CAD/CAM and G-code programming knowledge
• Proficiency in Siemens
• Adaptive machining software experience
• Blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation
