Customer Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve manufacturing defects and shipment discrepancies to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards
Quality System Management: Maintain and update quality manuals, procedures, and documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across business operations
Problem Analysis & Solutions: Conduct thorough root cause analysis using structured methodologies (8D, APQP, PPAP) and implement effective corrective/preventative actions to prevent recurrence
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and business center teams to drive quality improvements and resolve technical issues
Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform dimensional inspections, statistical analysis, and generate quality reports to support decision-making and compliance requirements
Requirements
Education: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Materials Science, or Manufacturing required
Experience: 3-5+ years in Quality Engineering in manufacturing environment
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in quality systems
Root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods
APQP/PPAP experience desirable
Certifications: ASQ, CQA, or CQE preferred
Skills: Strong analytical, interpersonal, and PC skills with excellent written/verbal communication
