We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Operations & Billing workstreams as part of an ongoing Order Management System (OMS) transformation initiative. This is a contract role with an initial 2-month engagement and the potential to extend monthly as we progress through the solutioning phase.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define and document requirements for billing, renewals, and operations processes
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, bridging the gap between operations teams and technical delivery teams
Support process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design for OMS transformation workstreams
Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities to streamline workflows
Help drive clarity in ambiguous situations, providing structure and recommendations in areas that may not yet be fully defined
Strong curiosity and problem-solving skills with a knack for asking the right questions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to adapt messaging between business leaders and technical teams
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with experience juggling multiple priorities
Proven ability to thrive in new or undefined areas, helping create clarity and direction
Preferred: Experience with Order Management Systems, billing/renewal workflows, or technology re-platforming projects
