Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of product development initiatives—including new product launches, line extensions, packaging updates, formula modifications, and sourcing enhancements—from concept through commercialization.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Packaging, Sourcing, Regulatory, Compliance, Consumer Insights, Legal, and Analytics to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Contribute to category planning by analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitive data to shape strategic product roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to align timelines, project priorities, and launch execution across all touchpoints.
  • Manage the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely setup of products, data entry, and pricing integrity.
  • Work closely with Marketing to support product positioning, brand messaging, launch campaigns, and consumer engagement efforts.
  • Track and analyze performance of new product introductions to identify opportunities for improvements, innovation, or promotional support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier engagement during development, staying informed on vendor capabilities through trade shows, audits, and site visits.
  • Provide regular reporting on product progress, sales performance, and strategic recommendations related to pricing, promotions, or portfolio growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience in product development or related disciplines will be considered.
  • 4+ years of experience in product development, sourcing, supply chain, brand/category management, or project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with creative thinking to drive innovation and business results.
  • Understanding of cost structures, profitability, and basic P&L components.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
