We are seeking a seasoned Lead Java Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust data and backend solutions that power our business and client-facing applications. You will be a key player in architecting systems that ensure data integrity and facilitate seamless data flow across our technology ecosystem.

As a technical leader, you will provide mentorship to other engineers and drive significant projects from initial concept through to successful deployment. • Java and Spring Boot: Proven proficiency in developing scalable and performant applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework.

• Data Streaming & Messaging: Hands-on experience with technologies like Kafka for building real-time data pipelines and messaging systems.

• Architecture & Design: A solid understanding of architectural principles and design patterns to create resilient and maintainable systems.

• CI/CD & DevOps: Expertise in continuous integration and continuous delivery processes, including building and managing Jenkins pipelines.

• Test-Driven Development (TDD): Experience in developing and implementing robust testing frameworks to ensure code quality and system reliability through a test-first approach.

Leadership & Mentorship

In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to:
