Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
• Facilitate development and execution of annual Hoshin plans across all departments
• Align corporate strategy with plant-level objectives and frontline operations
• Lead strategy review processes and cascade goals throughout organization
Lean Systems Implementation:
• Serve as plant Lean expert and coach for all organizational levels
• Standardize key systems: Daily Management, A3 Thinking, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen
• Champion structured problem solving using 8D, 5 Whys, and DMAIC tools
• Facilitate targeted improvement events to optimize process flow and reduce waste
Performance Management:
• Drive visual factory environment with strong metrics-to-actions linkage
• Support operational excellence scorecards and provide leadership updates
• Track progress against breakthrough objectives and implement countermeasures
Change Leadership:
• Promote cultural transformation through employee involvement and ownership
• Train and mentor leaders, supervisors, and frontline employees in Lean thinking
• Develop internal CI champions and foster team-based problem-solving
Project Leadership:
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on productivity, variation reduction, and throughput
• Ensure all improvement projects deliver measurable and sustainable business impact
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required, preferred in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain
• 7+ years experience driving results and continuous improvement activities
• Lean manufacturing experience in manufacturing industry
• AS9100 quality standards and NADCAP compliance familiarity preferred
• Hands-on leadership with shop floor engagement ability
• Proven track record leading major change initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SQL
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels
• Experience with Hoshin framework, TPM/OEE, 5S, Kaizen, and visual management preferred
• Passion for continuous learning and building capability in others
