Job Description

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with occasional overtime. Current workload is 50–55 hours per week with some Saturdays.

Locations: Liberty, SC and Greenville, SC (must be able to work at both locations).

Responsibilities:

• Assemble equipment according to mechanical drawings.

• Document and communicate any changes or issues during the build process.

• Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

• Execute ISO quality standards and follow company procedures.

• Communicate progress and open issues with the Machine Build Lead.

• Safely and effectively operate shop equipment, including mill, lathe, and drill press.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training preferred).

• Basic computer skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in reading part and assembly drawings.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality.

• Ability to take direction and complete tasks independently or as part of a team.

• Capable of maintaining a steady pace while bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working under/around machines.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required.

• Willingness to obtain licenses for Hi-Lo (forklift), aerial platform, and overhead crane, along with Lock Out/Tag Out training.

• Must provide own hand tools and toolbox (recommended list will be provided).

• Proficiency with skills outlined in Module 1.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international, depending on project).
