Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with occasional overtime. Current workload is 50–55 hours per week with some Saturdays.
Locations: Liberty, SC and Greenville, SC (must be able to work at both locations).
Responsibilities:
Assemble equipment according to mechanical drawings.
Document and communicate any changes or issues during the build process.
Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Execute ISO quality standards and follow company procedures.
Communicate progress and open issues with the Machine Build Lead.
Safely and effectively operate shop equipment, including mill, lathe, and drill press.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training preferred).
Basic computer skills.
Intermediate proficiency in reading part and assembly drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality.
Ability to take direction and complete tasks independently or as part of a team.
Capable of maintaining a steady pace while bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working under/around machines.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
Willingness to obtain licenses for Hi-Lo (forklift), aerial platform, and overhead crane, along with Lock Out/Tag Out training.
Must provide own hand tools and toolbox (recommended list will be provided).
Proficiency with skills outlined in Module 1.
Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international, depending on project).
