Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees in a fast-paced, high-volume assembly manufacturing environment.
• Lead team to achieve operational, quality, and continuous improvement objectives through training and coaching
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, minimize waste, and improve efficiency
• Execute product and engineering changes
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies
• Monitor production schedules and maintain quality standards
• Manage employee time and attendance

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years manufacturing supervisory experience
• Six Sigma/Lean process experience
• Union environment supervisory experience strongly preferred
• High-volume assembly experience preferred
• Ability to wear respirator when required
