Description: We’re seeking an experienced CFO to lead all financial functions, including strategic planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. This role will serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team, driving financial performance and supporting company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a financial strategy aligned with business goals

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

• Manage banking, investment, and financing relationships

• Provide actionable insights and financial analysis to leadership

• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and controls

• Proficient in ERP systems and financial tools

• Experience working within a company that manufactures physical products

• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
