Track and audit vendor compliance with contracts (e.g., financial penalties, reporting, and project schedules)
Attend vendor meetings as needed
Maintain and update SharePoint and Microsoft Teams sites/documents; ensure accuracy and transparency
Manage all communications in the floor care email inbox
Administer floor care surveys submitted by stores; respond to feedback and share results with vendors and store leadership
Draft and send communications (emails, reports, updates) to corporate and store leadership
Monitor billing cycles in Ariba for the floor care portfolio
Collect and organize data for internal reporting
Develop period-end financial updates for internal partners
Proactively identify and communicate potential issues to minimize impact on stores and programs
Maintain and share weekly reporting updates with upper management
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
1–3 years of retail experience preferred
Basic understanding of floor care or cleaning processes preferred
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities
Resourceful and analytical in identifying and addressing issues
Proficient with mathematical concepts (fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
Clear and effective written and verbal communication for various audiences
Attentive listener with strong customer service orientation
Able to provide timely, accurate information to cross-functional teams and vendors
Energetic with a sense of urgency
Quick to learn technical subjects and adapt to new technologies and industry knowledge
Hybrid schedule working from a corporate office
Up to 75% local travel will be required
