We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and resolve IT-related issues for end users. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and troubleshooting software, connectivity, and hardware problems.
Provide technical support via a ticketing system, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and security settings.
Configure and enforce Group Policy settings to maintain system integrity.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN/WAN.
Install, update, and support software applications and operating systems.
Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows environments.
Proficiency in ticketing systems
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
