Job Description

IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and resolve IT-related issues for end users. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and troubleshooting software, connectivity, and hardware problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via a ticketing system, ensuring timely issue resolution.

  • Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and security settings.

  • Configure and enforce Group Policy settings to maintain system integrity.

  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN/WAN.

  • Install, update, and support software applications and operating systems.

  • Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base articles.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows environments.

  • Proficiency in ticketing systems 

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
