Job Title: HRIS Analyst
Responsibilities:
Manage employee inquiries related to the HRIS, including supporting helpdesk requests for Time & Attendance, Payroll, Programming, and other HRIS functions.
Onboard new users and integrate acquired businesses into the HRIS system.
Ensure HR compliance and policies are consistently updated within the HRIS.
Address daily queries and manage tactical and programming projects related to HRIS.
Coordinate workflows with third-party administrators.
Configure and set up HRIS modules as needed.
Launch and monitor HRIS processes.
Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and support.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in configuring and managing an HRIS system.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
