Job Description
Description: This position entails optimizing store layouts through planogram design and development. While collaborating with merchandising teams to ensure the strategy and guidelines are accurate.Responsibilities/skills:
- Creating and revising planograms for store remodels
- Make recommendations for improvements in assortments based on capacity opportunities
- Work with vendors to ensure standards are being met
- Develop strategies in assigned areas that align with the brand, theme, tone and message in the store
- Create and maintain cross-functional, collaborative relationships
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience
- Previous retail and/or merchandising experience preferred
- Expert in Excel
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with planogram processes and the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making
