The IT Project Manager will combine expertise in clinical workflows and healthcare IT to ensure the successful integration of smart pump technology, enhancing patient safety and operational efficiency. The candidate should have a clinical background and strong project management skills to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:
- Clinical background with experience in healthcare operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience managing healthcare IT projects.
- Familiarity with smart infusion pump technology, clinical hardware, and healthcare regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
