Job Summary:
The receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support. They serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests and ensure smooth operations in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, direct them to the appropriate person, or take messages
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Enter information and client information into the system
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications:
