The Healthcare Concierge role is designed to push the limits of what it means to deliver world-class service in a demanding hospital setting. As a Concierge, you’ll support clinical teams, engage with patients and families, and set the tone for an experience that blends warmth, precision, and professionalism.

What to expect:

• 12-hour shifts on your feet, averaging 25,000–30,000 steps daily.
• A primary focus on nurses and clinical staff needs, while interacting with patients and parents throughout the day
• Managing and fulfilling requests through our client’s custom app
• Balancing luxury-level service with the fast pace of a hospital environment

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in hospitality, event support, or other high-touch service roles
• An interest in the Healthcare industry and a keen willingness to learn
• Composure, stamina, and attention to detail in a fast paced settings
• Exceptional communication skills with parents, patients, and medical staff
• A passion for creating seamless, elevated experiences
