Job Description
Description: We are looking for a driven and innovative development leader to join a large publicly traded company in downtown Nashville. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with .NET, various databases, frontend technologies and an entrepreneurial spirit. This group operates largely without a BA so we are looking for someone accustomed to interfacing with the business and then architecting solutions to fit business needs. This role will largely be architecture and hands on development but will also help support the Development Manager with leading a team of 6-7 other resources. This is direct hire and onsite 3 days/week. Sponsorship is open for the right candidate.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in C# with hands-on experience.
• Strong understanding and experience with Angular, WebAPI, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience in application optimization.
• Experience or good understanding of developing Windows applications using WinForms is a bonus.
• Experience in managing projects, from nucleus to multiple team projects.
• Understanding of project management principle/techniques.
• Possess a startup mindset, demonstrating flexibility, innovation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Value-driven mindset focused on delivering results.
