Job Description
Description: You will be responsible for servicing products in customer’s homes. You will diagnose and repair all major appliances, dish washers, refrigerators, AC units, TVs, washer and dryer units, manage inventory and perform administrative tasks on a daily basis. Technicians are the face of the organization and are expected to deliver and provide the best customer experience possible.
Responsibilities/skills:
Diagnose problems, assess the extent of the problem, document findings, make decisions to repair the product and/or replace parts
Proper use of all safety equipment (PPE), vehicle and diagnostic tools provided by company
Conducts technical diagnosis and performs specialized repairs on a variety of electronics and home appliances
Process paperwork and perform data entry upon completion of each job with accuracy
Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in a technical role (Field Service preferred)
Experience repairing major appliances such as Refrigeration/sealed systems, ovens, dishwashers, washer and dryers, and AC Units
Ability to properly trouble-shoot, diagnose, repair and document product/system issues
Experience with power and hand tools, as well as diagnostic test equipment
