Job Description
Description: Project Coordinator that will provide the manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations.
Responsibilities/skills:
- This person will be working to gather all required information from various teams to ensure the full scope, requirements, timing and budget of these requests is documented.
- You will be working closely with the manager to support the prioritization and resource allocation process.
- Will ensure any changes to the requests is documented and escalated as appropriate.
- Support reporting, maintenance, metrics and any other support with our demand and project management process as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator
- Experience scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication, and training
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- Knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is preferred
Location: Hybrid in Grand Rapids
Length: full time 6 months with additional 6 month extension and the possibility to extend year to year or become full time
