Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Testing & Training Engineer to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with a solid background in software testing and the ability to effectively train business users on various applications. The individual will be responsible for testing both legacy systems and new applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and providing training and support to business users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Testing
   • Conduct thorough testing of web portals, mobile applications, billing systems, and data tracking solutions.
   • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that software meets business and functional requirements.
   • Execute manual and automated testing (including Selenium or other relevant platforms) to identify bugs, issues, and areas for improvement.
   • Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and troubleshoot defects, ensuring timely resolution.
   • Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts to support both new and legacy applications.
   • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes and practices.
2. User Training & Support
   • Provide training sessions and support to business users on new software applications, features, and updates.
   • Create comprehensive training materials, including user manuals and quick reference guides.
   • Offer ongoing assistance to users, answering queries and resolving issues related to software functionality.
   • Collect feedback from users to identify areas of improvement and work with relevant teams to implement changes.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and best practices.
• Proven experience with unit testing and automated testing tools, particularly Selenium or similar platforms.
• Background in .NET and Angular technologies.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—for effective testing documentation, user training, and stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to train and support business users with varying technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
• Ability to create and execute detailed test plans and reports.
