Job Description

The Market Leader is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence in their assigned market area. This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and team management to ensure the successful delivery of staffing services to clients.

Responsibilities: 
Business Development and Client Relations
• Develop and implement a local sales and marketing strategy to expand the client base.
• Grow relationships with key clients, serving as a strategic advisor on staffing and workforce solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to secure contracts with potential clients.

Team Leadership and Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of staffing professionals, including recruiters and account managers.
• Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the local office.

Financial Performance
• Achieve profit targets and manage the financial performance of the assigned market area.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal data to inform strategic decisions.
• Implement cost-effective operational processes to maximize profitability.

Recruitment and Talent Management
• Work with Delivery team leads to ensure effective recruiting strategies.
• Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Stay current with industry trends and employment laws affecting the staffing sector.

Operational Excellence
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with other market leaders and corporate teams to share best practices and drive company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the staffing industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of local labor markets and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in staffing-related software and MS Office suite.
