Job Description
One Tech Engineering is searching for a Program Manager for a position located in Denver, Colorado. The Program Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects and support coordination across external vendors (engineering, construction, inspection, land rights) and internal teams.
The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 5–10 years of experience in project controls, financial analysis, construction, or utilities.
Program Manager Responsibilities: - Monitor performance metrics including financials, schedules, quality, and safety; develop scorecards and portfolio-level reports for leadership.
- Aggregate and analyze vendor data related to cost, schedule, and performance.
- Create variance reports and performance scorecards to identify trends and issues.
- Collaborate closely with external vendors and internal project managers.
- Utilize Excel for advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, formulas) to support analysis and reporting.
- Extract and compile data from SAP and other systems for reporting purposes.
- Provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership on overall portfolio status.
Requirements of the Program Manager:
- 5–10 years in project controls, financial analysis, construction, or utilities.
- Direct corporate or vendor interaction experience strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) - Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with project tracking and portfolio management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
