Our client is a growing piping solutions company, and they're looking to add multiple experienced Poly Fusion Technicians to their team! This is a hands-on field position supporting customer projects across Texas, New Mexico, and other locations throughout the United States.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong HDPE/PE pipe fusion experience who enjoys traveling to different job sites, working alongside field crews, and earning additional income through available overtime.

What You’ll Do
-
Perform HDPE/PE pipe fusion, including butt fusion, electrofusion, and saddle fusion
-
Set up and operate pipe fusion equipment to meet project specifications

Prepare, align, fuse, and inspect pipe and fittings to ensure quality connections

Operate fusion machines, with McElroy equipment experience preferred

Complete fusion logs, quality records, and required project documentation

Work alongside field crews to complete projects safely and efficiently

Follow all jobsite safety procedures and quality standards
What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of hands-on HDPE/PE pipe fusion experience

Strong knowledge of butt fusion procedures and equipment operation

Experience preparing and inspecting fused pipe joints

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Ability to work outdoors and travel as project needs require

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with McElroy fusion equipment, including TracStar, MegaMc, or Pit Bull machines

Background in utility construction, pipeline installation, water transfer, or industrial piping
-
Experience maintaining fusion documentation and following project specifications
