  • Working knowledge of industrial instrumentation and control signals, including 4–20 mA, analog, and discrete I/O.

  • Familiarity with industrial communication networks such as PROFINET, PROFIBUS, and Industrial Ethernet preferred.

  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, P&IDs, instrumentation diagrams, and PLC I/O documentation.

  • Ability to determine whether equipment failures originate from mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, PLC/control, or communication issues.

  • Strong working knowledge of pumps, drive systems, piping, valves, and other critical plant equipment.

  • Proficiency with electrical and mechanical diagnostic equipment, shop tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.

  • Experience supporting preventive maintenance programs, lubrication routes, equipment reliability, and root-cause analysis.

  • Strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and established procedures.
