They're seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their team in the Grand Prairie, TX area!

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move pipe, fittings, and other industrial materials using forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts, and organize warehouse stock.
• Pick, stage, package, and prepare orders for shipment, delivery, and customer pickup.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading (BOLs) and pick tickets.
• Process orders, inventory updates, and customer pricing through the P21 system.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, branch transfers, and customer pickups.
• Assist with rental equipment inspections, documentation, and basic maintenance.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve order issues and keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse and take initiative to support daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required; forklift certification preferred.
• At least one year of warehouse experience preferred, ideally in industrial supplies, manufacturing, or wholesale distribution.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and safely handle industrial materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
