  • Keep accurate, timely CRM records of all outreach, conversations, and next steps
  • Meet or exceed targets for activity, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience (internships count) in B2B sales, business development, customer service, recruiting, or another client-facing role
  • Interest in or exposure to the energy industry preferred
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach, including cold calling

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-through
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce) or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
  • Coachable and resilient, with a professional presence when engaging executives
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary
  • Performance-based bonus tied to qualified meetings and pipeline generated
  • Competitive benefits package
  • Hybrid schedule with remote Fridays
  • Ongoing sales training and regular one-on-one coaching
  • Clear path for advancement into an Account Executive role
