Our client is a Houston-based, privately held consulting, back-office outsourcing, and IT outsourcing firm that delivers services exclusively to the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry. They are known as one of the oil and gas industry's leading partners and support clients of all sizes through every stage of their company's lifecycle. They are looking for a WellView D&C Analyst to join their team who will be accountable for the back-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of WellView/OpenWells data supporting Drilling & Completions operations.

The person in this role is expected to demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with a solid understanding of how the system works behind the scenes — how tables are structured, how wellbore/wellwork hierarchies are established, and how data from various operational systems needs to be mapped and loaded correctly. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.

• Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of WellView/OpenWells, including data structures, workflows, and system functionality.
• Load, map, transform, and integrate D&C data into WellView/OpenWells from various external and operational data sources.
• Develop and maintain accurate wellbore and wellwork hierarchies to ensure data is properly structured and loaded.
• Work with operational and master data — including frac, drilling, completion, and production information — to ensure accurate integration into WellView.
• Analyze and resolve data-quality issues, ensuring D&C data is complete, accurate, and properly mapped.
• Partner with D&C, engineering, operations, and technical teams to translate data requirements into WellView structures and workflows.
• Support data migration, integration, and mapping efforts as new data sources and operational systems are brought into WellView/OpenWells.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of WellView or OpenWells implementation experience preferred, with a focus on hands-on implementation and back-end configuration rather than simply using the system as an end user.
• Strong Drilling & Completions (D&C) background, ideally as a D&C Technician, D&C Analyst, Application Analyst, or similar role supporting drilling and completion operations.
• Strong understanding of D&C data structures, workflows, and data quality requirements.
• Demonstrated experience loading, mapping, and integrating data into WellView/OpenWells from external operational systems.
• Strong understanding of wellbore and wellwork hierarchy and how operational data needs to be structured within WellView.
• Ability to work with and understand back-end tables and data relationships within WellView/OpenWells.
