With decades of experience, they are recognized for delivering reliable products, innovative solutions, and exceptional customer service across energy, utilities, and infrastructure markets. They're seeking a Warehouse Associate to add their team in the Grand Prairie, TX area!

Successful candidates must pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening as a requirement for these positions.

Warehouse Associate Benefits:

• Direct hire, full-time
• Pay: $18 - $22/hr (depending on experience)
• Monday - Friday schedule

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying and processing shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 50–75 lbs]) regularly
• Climb ladders and work at varying heights as needed
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained
• Inspect equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Comfortable with climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
