Responsibilities:

• Create a positive experience for candidates as they work through the hiring process
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of staffing agency experience is mandatory
• Proven track record of filling professional-level roles (Analysts, Project Managers, Technology)
• Strong decision-making and consultative skills for high-stakes client management
