Responsibilities:
- Create a positive experience for candidates as they work through the hiring process
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of staffing agency experience is mandatory
- Proven track record of filling professional-level roles (Analysts, Project Managers, Technology)
- Strong decision-making and consultative skills for high-stakes client management
