Role Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with SAP Implementation and ERP transformation leadership experience within the energy sector. This role goes beyond system delivery — it’s about driving business transformation, stakeholder alignment, and strategic execution.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys overseeing large-scale ERP projects, thrives in client-facing environments, and can translate technology programs into business results. You will work closely with client leadership, system integrators, and internal teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and adoption of SAP-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project delivery across SAP implementation, integration, and business transformation initiatives.
• Lead planning, governance, and execution of SAP-related workstreams (Finance, Supply Chain, Production, etc.) with focus on timeline, scope, and quality.
• Serve as the primary liaison between client business leaders, system integrators, and internal teams — ensuring alignment and communication throughout all phases.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and dependencies, proactively resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
• Guide change management efforts, ensuring end-user readiness, training, and adoption.
• Provide strategic input to help clients maximize ERP value beyond go-live — connecting process improvement with business outcomes.
• Mentor consultants and analysts, contributing to EAG’s culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to business development, including project scoping, proposal input, and client presentations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Quorum Suite, Enertia, or Microsoft Dynamics) and integration with business processes in the energy sector.
• Proven success in managing cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects involving both IT and business teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, data analytics (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx), or digital enablement is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership presence — comfortable advising C-level clients.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
