Our client is looking for a Webpage Designer to join their team in Houston, TX. The Webpage Designer creates engaging, easy-to-navigate, and visually consistent pages and microsites within the ServiceNow platform—focusing on layout, design, and storytelling that bring HR and employee content to life while ensuring each page reflects company branding, supports usability, and enhances the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and publish ServiceNow pages, portals, and microsites using approved templates and branding standards
Create clean and appealing layouts that make information easy to read and find
Manage and update banners, icons, and visual elements to maintain a cohesive brand identity
Collaborate with content owners to organize content and visuals in an engaging, accessible way
Recommend improvements to page structure, navigation, and overall user flow
Ensure consistent look and feel across all digital materials and pages
Review and refine designs based on feedback to continuously improve the employee experience
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
3+ years of experience in webpage or digital content design for internal communications or HR platforms
Strong eye for layout, color, and visual hierarchy
Experience using design tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent attention to detail and ability to balance multiple design projects
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience designing within a corporate intranet or employee self-service platform (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar)
Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
Understanding of digital storytelling and employee engagement best practices
