As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving recruiting excellence by managing requisitions and position data in SuccessFactors, overseeing hiring transactions, and ensuring accuracy across the recruiting lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to align hiring processes with workforce needs, while also supporting key recruiting programs. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about process improvement, data integrity, and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
