Job Description
Our client is looking for a Branch Manager to join their team in Andrews, TX. This opportunity is a direct hire role that comes with several perks including full benefits, paid holidays, 401K match, and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize productivity to minimize downtime.
- Recruit, train, and develop a workforce capable of achieving organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Enforce compliance of all branch personnel regarding administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, required training, and industry regulations.
- Develop and manage the budget for the shop ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization and savings.
- Work with the Operations Manager and Finance team to ensure accurate P&L reporting and forecasts to track performance against targets.
- Communicate regularly with HSE regarding safety and training needs required by customers and/or suppliers, and ensure standards are met.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to remain competitive in the market.
Requirements
- Education and Training: High School education or equivalent or as deemed sufficient by management
- Technical Requirements: In-depth knowledge of the oil & gas industry, specifically downhole pumps. Computer literate, able to perform required duties on standard and company-specific programs. Strong management and customer service skills, and the ability to work well with people. Ability to manage time and resources efficiently.
Successful candidates must pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening as a requirement for this position.
