Job Description
Our client is looking to add a local Oil & Gas Field Supervisor to join their team in Katy, TX. This opportunity is a Direct Hire role that comes with several perks including full benefits, paid holidays, and paid time off. Military background is preferred!Requirements:
- Located within 40 miles of Katy, Texas
- Comfortable being on-call 24/7 and traveling to different field locations
Successful candidates must pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening as a requirement for this position.

- Overtime opportunity, average 50 hours each week
- Travel to wellsite's to install/uninstall Surface Pressure Gauges/well site devices
- Reviews Coach Time card approvals and overtime oversight
- Fleet administration and oversight, inventory management, HSE administration, and logistics coordination
- Travel to remote locations; ride along and QA work
- Will serve as backup Field Technician if jobs require
- Must have experience with excellent management skills; good with people
