An established private dermatology practice in Northern Delaware is seeking a Dermatologist to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity for a physician who wants flexibility in how they structure their practice without sacrificing patient demand or clinical support. You’ll step into a modern, well-equipped office with an experienced team around you, the ability to focus primarily on general dermatology and the option to incorporate cosmetic services based on your interests.

Whether your ideal clinic day means a steady, relationship-focused schedule or a higher-volume practice, the group is comfortable supporting a range of approximately 30 - 60 patients per day based on the physician’s preferred pace and comfort level.

What You Can Expect

• Full-time opportunity with a four- to five-day workweek
• Primarily general dermatology with the option to incorporate cosmetics
• Established patient demand within a growing practice
• Patient volume tailored to provider comfort, typically 30 - 60 patients per day
• Two to four Medical Assistants supporting providers
• Modern, well-maintained clinical space with fully equipped exam rooms
• Experienced clinical and administrative support
• EMA electronic medical record system
• Collegial, down-to-earth practice environment centered on teamwork and patient care
• Growth opportunity within an established private dermatology group

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation includes a base salary plus a percentage of collections, allowing physicians to increase earnings as their practice develops and based on the pace they choose to maintain.
