You’re looking for a place where you can practice high-quality general dermatology, build a strong patient panel quickly and feel supported by an experienced, professional team. This established, physician-led private practice in the Olympia area serves patients across the South Puget Sound and is adding a General Dermatologist due to continued demand.

You’ll join a full-service dermatology clinic known for proven, effective care, efficient workflows and a team culture built on respect, stability and doing right by patients.

What your day can look like

• General dermatology in a high-volume clinic with strong support
• Typical patient flow at 28 - 40 patients per day
• Daily volume varies based on procedures and your preferred clinical mix
• Dedicated MA support aligned to your schedule (more support as your template increases)
• Standard clinic schedule is 4 days/week, with the option to work additional days if desired

Who they’re looking for

• MD strongly preferred; outstanding DO candidates considered
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist
• Open to new grads and 2027 Dermatology Residents
• Someone who values a patient-first approach, strong communication and being part of a team
• Ties to the Olympia/South Puget Sound area are a plus (or a clear interest in building a long-term home there)

Compensation (competitive, with upside!)

You’ll have a competitive compensation model that rewards productivity, with negotiation flexibility based on experience and fit. The structure includes a strong first-year component and an ongoing percentage of net collections in subsequent years.
