• Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon
• 5+ years of plastic surgery experience preferred
  (Highly skilled candidates with 2–3 years of experience will be considered)
• Demonstrated expertise and confidence in high BPI patients, particularly with lifting and complex aesthetic procedures
• Interest in building a broad-based aesthetic practice, beyond a single niche
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first approach
