A thriving, physician-led dermatology practice near Fort Walton Beach, Florida, is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join their collaborative team.

• High earning potential: Competitive base salary $350,000–$450,000, plus collections-based production bonus. Sign-on bonus, relocation stipend and a resident salary advance for those signing while in training.
• Flexible schedule: 4–4.5 day clinical week designed for balance without sacrificing income.
