If you’re a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist who wants a busy, well-supported practice without burning yourself out, this respected private practice in Birmingham could be the place for you. This is a full-time role in a physician-owned practice—one where you can step into an established patient base and feel supported from day one.

Here’s what you can expect:

• A four-day workweek that actually feels sustainable
  You’ll work four days per week, with no weekends and minimal call. It’s a schedule that lets you stay productive while still having a life outside the clinic.
• A ready-made practice with strong patient demand
  You’ll see a steady flow of patients (typically 30–45 per day) across general and surgical dermatology, with the option to incorporate cosmetics if that’s your interest.
• Hands-on support that makes your days run smoothly
  Experienced medical assistants handle scribing and room setup, so you can stay focused on patient care—not paperwork.
• A collaborative environment with room to grow
  You’ll work alongside a physician owner who enjoys teaching and mentoring, supported by a tight-knit clinical team, marketing professionals to help grow your panel and optional opportunities in clinical research.
