A dynamic dermatology practice in the heart of northern New Jersey and near Montclair is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to support its expanding allergy and immunology services. This full-time role is based in a well-established suburban community known for its eclectic downtown, top-rated schools and rich arts and culture scene—all just 30 minutes from Manhattan.

Your Day-to-Day...

You’ll manage allergy and asthma patients across all age groups, working independently while collaborating with an experienced clinical team. The role includes...

• Evaluating new and existing patients with allergic and immunologic conditions
• Managing treatment plans, including immunotherapy
• Educating patients on triggers, treatments and lifestyle management
• Seeing 25–30 patients per day in a busy but well-supported clinic
• Participating in a specialty service line that is expanding across the organization
