An established, physician-led private dermatology practice in the Hickory, North Carolina area is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity to enter a busy practice where the need for another dermatologist is already clear. Continued growth and an anticipated provider retirement have created strong patient demand, giving the incoming physician the opportunity to build a full schedule quickly without starting from scratch.

At the same time, this position offers meaningful flexibility. Focus primarily on general / medical dermatology, incorporate cosmetics if desired and build a practice mix that reflects your interests, preferred pace and long-term career goals.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, flexible 4.5-day workweek
• Practice primarily general / medical dermatology with the option to incorporate cosmetics
• Established patient demand with an anticipated volume of approximately 35–45 patients per day
• Ability to structure your schedule around your preferred level of productivity
• Experienced clinical support and efficient practice operations
• Utilize EMA / EMR to support a streamlined workflow
• Collaborative environment alongside experienced dermatology and specialty physicians
• Physician-led private practice offering clinical autonomy and long-term stability
• No APP supervision required
