An established private dermatology practice in the greater Orlando area is seeking an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA-C) for a rewarding part-time opportunity. 

This position offers a desirable two-day workweek and the opportunity to practice across general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology in a well-supported clinical environment.

Position Highlights

• Part-time schedule: two days per week
• Established, privately owned dermatology practice
• Diverse mix of medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology
• Approximately 30–35 patients per day, based on the provider’s comfort level
• Two dedicated medical assistants assigned to the provider
• Desk nurses manage patient callbacks, prescription refills and related administrative tasks
• EMA / EMR system
• Competitive guaranteed base compensation plus productivity bonus
• Select benefits may be negotiated

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is an experienced Physician Assistant who has been directly trained and supervised by a dermatologist and is confident in providing comprehensive dermatologic care.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Current Physician Assistant certification and eligibility for Florida licensure
• Prior clinical experience in a dermatology practice
• Strong knowledge of general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology
• Experience evaluating and treating common skin conditions
• Proficiency with dermatologic procedures and patient education
• The ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent clinical quality and patient satisfaction
• Strong communication, documentation and interpersonal skills

Compensation

This position includes a competitive compensation package featuring a guaranteed base salary plus a productivity-based bonus. Because this is a part-time role, certain benefits may be available and can be negotiated based on the candidate’s needs and experience.
