An established, physician-owned private dermatology practice in Miami, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO) to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who values both efficiency and exceptional patient care while enjoying the autonomy and collaborative culture that comes with private practice.

Due to continued patient demand and practice growth, you'll step into an established schedule with the ability to build the practice you want. The group is especially interested in an experienced dermatologist who is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing you to serve the area's diverse patient population.

Position Highlights

• Full-time schedule with a four-day workweek
• Practice primarily general / medical and surgical dermatology
• Join a respected team of experienced dermatology providers in a physician-led environment
• Immediate patient demand with the flexibility to shape your schedule and long-term patient volume
• Initial patient volume of approximately 30–35 patients per day, with the opportunity to grow to 40–50 patients daily based on your preferred pace and practice style
• Dedicated clinical support with one Medical Assistant for every 25 patients scheduled
• Modern EMA / EMR platform
• High-volume practice that prioritizes both access to care and clinical quality
