A thriving, physician-focused dermatology practice on Florida's Gulf Coast is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its growing team.

This practice offers the resources and infrastructure of an established organization while maintaining a collaborative, patient-first environment where physicians can build rewarding, long-term careers.

Position Highlights

• Full-time opportunity with a flexible 3-4 day work week
• Practice general / medical dermatology with opportunities to perform surgical and cosmetic procedures
• Physicians with an interest in pediatric dermatology are welcome
• Immediate patient demand with an established referral network and a full schedule from day one
• Dedicated administrative teams manage marketing, billing, human resources, credentialing and compliance, allowing physicians to focus on patient care
• Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support with EMA, coding and clinical workflows
• Opportunity to expand cosmetic services through advanced aesthetic training, if desired
• Leadership opportunities and pathways to develop areas of clinical specialization
• Optional participation in a growing clinical research program for physicians interested in expanding beyond traditional patient care
